  12. When we last left Bub he was
  13. being Knighted by Princess 
  14. Marie Alicia Zebdar.  With the
  15. Royal Crystal Sword she dubbed
  16. him Sir Bub.  The ceremony was
  17. held in the Sacred Hall before
  18. the Great Crystal.  As the 
  19. Sword fell upon Bub's shoulder
  20. the crystal awoke for the 
  21. first time in ten thousand 
  22. years, "The princess Dubs thee
  23. Sir Bub." It said in a gentle
  24. voice that filled the minds of
  25. all at the palace for the 
  26. knighting "I am honored you
  27. have woken" The Princess said
  28. kneeling.  Looking around Bub
  29. noticed he was the only one 
  30. standing so he kneeled too.
  31. "Rise Bub" the crystal said.
  32. "I knew that was gonna happen"
  33. Bub thought to himself.  
  34. "Bub the princess has chosen
  35. you to protect our world"
  36. The crystal began.  
  37. "I know," Bub said "pretty
  38. cool huh?"  "Um, yes quite
  39. Cool" said the crystal.
  40. "But Coolness is quite beside
  41. point, I must judge weather or
  42. not you are worthy." "Bummer"
  43. Bub said.  "Yes, um, quite
  44. bummerific, but again Bub it
  45. is beside the point.  You have
  46. taken 10 fractured lands and 
  47. healed them back into the 
  48. planet they once were, you 
  49. have vanquished 3 evils, and
  50. have shown the uptmost respect
  51. and care for our world.  Thus
  52. there can be no doubt in my
  53. mind that you are worthy, I
  54. confirm this Knighthood and 
  55. grant the power of channeling"
  56. The Crystal annonced. 
  57. "excellent" Bub said
  58. The room filled with light 
  59. shed from the crystal, nearly
  60. blinding everyone.  The light
  61. focused on Bub and he was 
  62. filled by it, then he 
  63. passed out.  "All Hail Sir
  64. Bub Starr! Knight of Zebdar!"
  65. the crowd roared.
  66.  
  67. Bub made history that day.
  68. he was the first knight on
  69. Zebdar in 10,000 years.
  70.  
  71. Now it's been 3 months and 
  72. relativley quiet all over.
  73.  
  74. Until This Morning.  As 
  75. dawn broke the air was filled
  76. with a giant explosion as a
  77. wall of the crystal Palace was
  78. torn off by Laser fire. 
  79. Thousands of tiny green aliens
  80. dressed like pirates beamed
  81. down from a massive Galleon
  82. made of steel overhead.  In
  83. seconds the castle treasury 
  84. was completely looted and the
  85. cretures were beaming up.  Bub
  86. awoke to find the princess 
  87. blasting the ship with all the
  88. power of the Great crystal.
  89. "Whats Going on???" Bub yelled
  90. over the sounds of lasers.
  91. "Space Pirates!" she yelled.
  92. "looks like Pygmie people"
  93. "Pygmie people?" Bub asked
  94. "I thought they were friendly"
  95. "Me too" the princess said.
  96. "But now they they're darn 
  97. inhospitible, and they've got
  98. some force feild that not even
  99. the crystal can penetrate"
  100. "I can get into the beam and
  101. go aboard they're ship" Bub
  102. suggested.  "Are you nuts!"
  103. Marie Alicia screamed "theres
  104. six GaZillion of them!" "I
  105. gotta try" Bub explained 
  106. "heelllllooooo anyone home
  107. up there, it's suicide! you
  108. can't channel if your not in
  109. contact with zebdar! Don't
  110. let being a knight go to your
  111. head!  We can send up a few
  112. crafts after them." The 
  113. Princes pleaded "Don't worry
  114. Princess, nothing goes to MY
  115. head" Bub assured her "you
  116. can say that again" she 
  117. answered "Besides if the 
  118. omnipotent great crystal can't
  119. get through their force feild
  120. a Zebdar passenger space liner
  121. sure couldn't" Then Cedrick 
  122. the Sage ran in. "Bub you must
  123. beam aboard the ship!" he said
  124. "see" Bub said to the Princess
  125. "I have seen a great evil that
  126. may come from this!  You must
  127. stop their Captain at all 
  128. costs.  I have left my body
  129. and astraly traveled aboard 
  130. the ship to get this" he 
  131. handed Bub a printed out book
  132. "It's a copy of the captain's
  133. log, it may be helpful, I've
  134. decoded it and put it in
  135. English for you"
  136. "Thanks Cedrick" Bub said
  137. He glanced through the 
  138. book noticing plans to
  139. build a galactic imploder
  140. that would make captain 
  141. Jean Luc Pygmie the greatest
  142. force in the universe.  Having
  143. read the info he put the book
  144. aside, 
  145. and he looked at the princess,
  146. she had an expression he'd
  147. never seen before, it was 
  148. like terror and sadness, like
  149. she'd lost a best friend.
  150. "don't go, you don't have to."
  151. She pleaded "I do" he said
  152. "I'll be back before you all
  153. even miss me. Later" he said
  154. then he ran to the treasury
  155. and channeled a beam of energy
  156. into the transporter.
  157. With that he was pulled up
  158. into the cargo hold of the
  159. Gore Falcon.
  160.  
  161. The princess watched from her
  162. window as the ship kicked into
  163. warp speed and vanished.
  164.  
  165. So now here we are at the game,
  166. have fun!
